Delete your data

How to delete data from VoxyGlider, the app by Byte Visions. Updated 1 October 2026.

To ask us to delete your data

Email info@voxyglider.com from the address you used with us, with the subject “Delete my data”.
We reply within 30 days and delete everything we hold about you (see the table below).
We confirm by email when it is done.

VoxyGlider doesn't send your messages, code or session history to Byte Visions. Those stay on your phone and on the computer that runs your relay, so you delete them yourself, as described below.

On your phone

Drafts: open the Drafts tab and delete each draft with the trash button.
Pairing: open Settings and choose Unpair this phone. This removes the pairing token, and the app forgets the conversation it was showing.
Everything at once: uninstall VoxyGlider. This removes all app data from the phone.

On your computer

Conversation: say “disconnect”, or stop the runner. The runner holds it only in memory and the relay forgets each message within 5 minutes; neither writes it to disk.
Pairing tokens: stop the relay, then delete its .runtime folder inside the services folder. Every paired phone will need to pair again.
Your coding agent's history: Claude Code, Codex and Grok Build keep their own session history under your account with their provider. Delete it using that tool or provider's settings.
Tunnel: if you use a tunnel service such as Cloudflare Tunnel, its provider handles traffic under its own terms.

What is deleted and what is kept

Your coding agent's own history	The agent provider, under your account	Under that provider's settings and terms.
Emails you send us, and your email address	Byte Visions	Deleted within 30 days of your request. Raw copies held by our mail service are removed automatically after 30 days anyway.
A record that your request was handled (date, no message content)	Byte Visions	Kept for 2 years so we can show the request was completed, then deleted.
